PROJECT INFORMATION
One of the biggest mix-used complex located in Jl. Prof Dr. Satrio, Jakarta, consists of Mall and shopping centers-130.000m2, office tower-38 floors, 6 star hotel 171 units (Raffles Suite), apartments (64 units luxurious Raffles Residences, 170 units Ascott Service Apartment, 136 units My Home) and art museum. Built in the area of 5.5 hectares with investment of up to Rp 2 Triliun, topping off apartement 20 June 2012.

- Waterproofing for Toilet 2.624 m2
- Strengthening coloumn & beam 110m3 grouts
- Pile cap grout injection 3 tonnes
- Floor hardener 5.000 m2
